• Tournament schedule is published between 5p-6p the Monday prior to your tournament.

Admission Fee 

• No daily admission or parking fees. 
• A per team Gate Fee is accessed to each tournament

Tournament T-Shirts  

Pre-Order Personalized with Team names! The deadline to reserve tournament t-shirts is 12pm on the Monday the week of your scheduled tournament

Payment Policy

• Deposits are due within five days of registration. 
• Full Payment due 60 days from event date
• Failure to make payments will result in your team moving to the waitlist and discounts will be removed.

Promotional pricing and discounts may have additional and or different payment requirements to qualify for programs. 

Housing Policy

Sports At The Beach has partnered with Book Your Block to contract the best group rates for all SATB Tournaments. Teams traveling 90+ miles are required to book accommodations through Book Your Block. Teams will not be eligible to participate until housing requirements have been met.
