 Pre-Order Personalized with Team names! The deadline to reserve tournament t-shirts is 12pm on the Thursday the week before your scheduled tournament

Payment Policy

• Deposit of $250 is due within Five Days of registration for each event (NON-REFUNDABLE)
• Full Payment due 60 days from event date
• Failure to make payments will result in your team moving to the waitlist and discounts will be removed.

Promotional pricing and discounts may have additional and or different payment requirements to qualify for programs. 

Housing Policy

Sports At The Beach has partnered with Book Your Block to contract the best group rates for all SATB Tournaments. Teams traveling 100+ miles are required to book accommodations through Book Your Block. Teams will not be eligible to participate until housing requirements have been met. 

Sales & Promotions 

• Deposit must be submitted within 5 days to receive promotional price, unless otherwise noted
• Gate Fees are not eligible for discounts
• Full Payment must be made on time to remain eligible for discount or promotional pricing. 
• No additional discounts, promotions or coupons are eligible to be combined with discounts or promotional pricing
• Account must be up to date to be eligible to receive any promotional prices or discount
• Restrictions /rules that apply will be listed in the promotion details
